CAKE SMASH {KATY TEXAS - CHILDREN PHOTOGRAPHER}

I am finally getting around to posting these. I have no idea why I procrastinated for so long. LOL
Oh well. I'm so happy to finally be able to share some of these photos.  First, I would like to thank our cake maker Ashlee. She was really super awesome in putting together this cake last minute. I hired her for a specific date because she was available, but the weather just did NOT cooperate that day and she called me to ask if I wanted to reschedule. The next scheduled date, Makynlee fell on her face the day BEFORE her cake smash. Oh gosh.. I was so worried, but I called her up and she told me no problem. I even sent her a picture of my baby's face. I went ahead and scheduled the next date again for the third time and it started pouring down rain that day.... sigh...  I ended up just having it made and accepted the fact that I was never going to have a "perfect" day for this. We stuck the cake in the fridge where it sat for only one day because we were able to use it the next day. YAY!! Fourth time's a charm right? haha I was so excited and nervous about my own child's cake smash. Why? I have no idea. I get so nervous before any session. We were running late for it though, because I was waiting for the whole family to be there to watch her just eat this beautiful cake. Funny right? I got there as the sun was already past where I had wanted it, but I did manage to get some shots before we lost the sun completely. I'm so glad. There was no way that cake was going back home to try again. haha <---really.. no way!!

THE 'N' FAMILY {KATY TEXAS - FAMILY PHOTOGRAPHER}

I had a great time photographing this family last week. These boys were so cute and funny. They did not want anything to do with getting their pictures taken. I have plenty of pictures to prove that hahaha.   That's okay, I got some great shots of them. At least I think so! :)

I had a great time photographing this cute little guy yesterday and I just absolutely adore this family!!  I have to say, this little guy is one of my favorite little clients. I have been photographing him since he was just 6 months old and he has always been very photogenic. Check out his cute little expressions and oh my gosh I just loved his shoes!!

At this time, I will only be able to take a limited amount of sessions this Holiday Season and the session times will vary.  I will be having to work around my husbands schedule along with my children's busy sports schedule this year and will only have certain times available. ****For this Holiday Session Special there is a $50 retainer fee that is required at the time of booking. If you need to cancel you will be able to use it towards another scheduled session. The remaining balance along with a signed contract/model release will be due by the day of your session. I will accept cash, checks, or paypal. I was so excited when I saw the post that this wonderful family had their baby!! I had been waiting to do their newborn pictures and was so happy to finally receive the "official" call.  You guys are truly an awesome family and I'm so honored that you have trusted me with all your family photos. I think these are a fantastic way to display your beautiful professional photos from your sessions. You can lay them on a coffee table, or display them any way you'd like. PUMPKIN PATCH {KATY, TEXAS}

I was so excited about the outfits I made Makynlee and Jayden that I had to take them out to the Pumpkin Patch for some photos. What do you guys think about them?  This was also Makynlee's first time there and she had a blast. She was trying to eat and climb the pumpkins. It was so cute to watch them. It was also such a beautiful evening to hang out and have some fun.

MATERNITY SESSION {KATY - TEXAS}

I really love photographing mom's to be. They are just absolutely beautiful and I am friends with this mom to be. Her and her family are just wonderful people and I'm so thankful to have them apart of my life!

Thank you guys so much for venturing out in to the wild with tons of mosquitoes in our wonderfully hot and humid weather. You guys are awesome sports and I really enjoyed my evening with you three!!  Here are some pics from our session.
